Mango & Passionfruit Sorbet
Free range chicken breast stuffed with cottage cheese, baby spinach, sultanas and jersey potato. Served with caramelised onion and yogurt gravy, saffron pilaf.

Clay oven Gulf King Prawn cooked with mustard, coconut, curry leaves, tomato and baby mango. Served with malabar tomato rice.
